David Ratsakatika is a seasoned Athletics Director and Physical Education Teacher with over a decade of experience in the field. He has consistently demonstrated a proven track record of driving success and fostering innovation in his roles.

David holds a first-class BSc degree in Physical Education from the University of Chichester, UK. His notable research on the development of the slow motion soccer ball was pivotal in testing various weights to assess their impact on students’ dribbling and ball control abilities. This research has been instrumental in advancing the design and educational applications of the slow motion soccer ball.

David’s educational background, coupled with his continuous professional development, has equipped him with a comprehensive skill set to evaluate and enhance the impact of physical education tools and techniques on children of all ages and abilities.

Carolyn Hitzler is an Adapted Physical Education Specialist with the Kenai Peninsula School District in Alaska. Carolyn has an M.S. in Exercise Physiology with an Emphasis in rehabilitation. Carolyn studied at Long Island University, C.W. Post Campus. Carolyn has teaching certification for PE k-12, Adapted PE k-12. Carolyn specializes in Sensory Integration Strategies, focusing on best practices for including children with disabilities in physical education.

Dr. Timothy Davis is the national chair of the Adapted Physical Education National Standards (APENS) Program and oversees the national standards and certification process in Adapted Physical Education sponsored by the National Consortium on Physical Education and Recreation for Individuals with Disabilities (NCPERID).  Timothy D.
